At Deoxygain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Please read our return policy carefully.

Returns Process:

Request a Return Authorization: To start the return process, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, include your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization Number: Once we receive your email, you will be sent a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the address where to send your return. The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the return package to ensure proper processing.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once you have shipped the item back to us, you must send us the tracking number for your return to [email protected].

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the product, minus a $9.99 shipping and handling fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
